Terms & Conditions — 777zt Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and 777zt (hereinafter referred to as "777zt", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the 777zt online gambling and sports betting platform, accessible at https://777zt.cam and any associated mobile or application-based access points.

By creating an account on 777zt, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of the 777zt platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction at the time of registration. Creating an account while underage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who lack legal capacity under applicable local law are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. • Accurate Information: You confirm that all registration information provided is true, accurate, complete and current at the time of submission.
• Own Funds: You are gambling with funds that are legitimately yours and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

To access the full range of 777zt services, including real-money wagering and withdrawal processing, you must register a verified account. The following provisions govern the registration and verification process:

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. All information must match your official identity documents. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 777zt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

4.3 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal request, 777zt requires completion of its Know Your Customer verification process. Accepted identity documents include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photographic identification document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months, clearly showing your name and current residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is legitimately yours (e.g., a bank statement header, screenshot of a registered mobile wallet).

777zt reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including at any point during an account's lifetime, not solely at first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777zt platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be voided. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts by the same individual will be treated as bonus abuse subject to Section 9.

All deposits to your 777zt account are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Fees

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method and currency. 777zt reserves the right to charge processing fees on deposits in certain circumstances; any applicable fee will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees independently of 777zt.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposited funds must be legitimately owned by the registered account holder. 777zt reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at its discretion. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your 777zt balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777zt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with the relevant transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests from your 777zt account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Completed and approved identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. Incomplete or pending verification will delay processing.
• Account Standing: Your account must be in good standing — no pending investigations, outstanding verification requirements or flagged activity — at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Name Match: The name on the destination payment account must exactly match the name registered on your 777zt account. Mismatched details will cause the withdrawal to be declined.

• Right of Refusal: 777zt reserves the right to decline, delay or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or ongoing account investigation.

777zt may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, loyalty rewards and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

7.1 Eligibility & Opt-In

Bonus eligibility is determined by 777zt at its sole discretion. Players must affirmatively opt in to a bonus before making the qualifying deposit or taking the qualifying action — retroactive application of bonuses to prior deposits is not available unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits are specified in the terms of each individual offer. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — game contribution percentages are set out in the individual offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not used within their stated validity window will expire and be removed from your account balance without compensation. Players should review individual offer terms for applicable expiry periods before opting in.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

777zt takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the following constitute abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potentially permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once
• Placing low-risk combination bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements
• Coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional structure
• Using automated software to generate bonus-qualifying activity
• Providing false information to gain access to a bonus for which you are not eligible

7.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Offers

777zt reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to existing obligations to players who have already validly claimed an offer before any change takes effect.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 777zt platform, across all products including sportsbook, live casino, slots and other gaming categories:

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

777zt reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. This includes situations where a bet is suspected to be based on insider information, where market manipulation is suspected, or where technical errors in odds presentation have occurred.

8.2 Results & Disputes

The results of all sporting events and casino games as determined and credited by 777zt are final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process. For sporting events, 777zt relies on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event result being credited. Cricket results, including PSL, ICC and T20 tournament outcomes, are sourced from the relevant governing body's official announcements.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure or platform error during a game or betting session, 777zt reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to their pre-game state where technically feasible. 777zt shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a verifiable technical malfunction.

8.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games, as displayed at the point of placing the wager. 777zt reserves the right to amend stake limits for individual players or markets without prior notice.

8.5 RTP Information

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are as published by the individual game providers. These represent long-term statistical averages across all players over a large number of game rounds — they are not guarantees of individual session outcomes or returns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777zt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or impersonated registration information
• Opening multiple accounts, or opening an account on behalf of another person
• Using the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion or operator ban
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI-assisted tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any suspected bug must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information in betting markets
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777zt staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law

777zt is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following provisions form part of these Terms and must be read alongside the full Responsible Gambling Policy.

• Adults Only: The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification will be enforced.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — an increase request is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. When a limit is reached, further wagering for that period is restricted.

All content on the 777zt platform — including but not limited to the brand name "777zt", logos, graphic design elements, game interfaces, software, text, images, video content, data compilations and layout — is either owned by 777zt or licensed to 777zt by third parties, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any platform content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from any platform software
• Creating derivative works based on 777zt's content or design elements without express written consent
• Using 777zt's name, logo or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777zt, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues or gambling winnings arising from platform interruption, technical error or account restriction
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account credential security
• Losses arising from a user's breach of these Terms
• Losses arising from the user's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling
• Any force majeure event including internet outages, regulatory actions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond 777zt's reasonable control

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777zt's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user into their 777zt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777zt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful code.

777zt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false registration or verification information
• Reasonable suspicion that a registered account is being accessed from a prohibited jurisdiction
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure
• Account inactivity exceeding the platform's stated dormancy period

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 777zt support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified, unlocked real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the applicable withdrawal process, subject to KYC completion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777zt is licensed and incorporated as an international operator. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon written request to the platform's support team.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to submit any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777zt platform to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by 777zt's governing jurisdiction.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
